Blueberry Pancake Bites - original recipe can be found here
- 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Combine dry ingredients, then add wet. Mix until everything is incorporated, but don't overmix. Pour small pancakes onto an oiled pan and cook pancakes, flipping once. (For thinner pancakes, you can add a bit more milk)
